Over the course of two days, this convening will bring together Russian civil society leaders, activists, journalists, and human rights defenders alongside American experts and policymakers for in-depth discussion and dialogue. Sessions will address the challenges facing the Putin regime, trends in Russian public opinion, the state of independent media and civil society, and Russia's evolving role on the world stage.

An agenda—including session topics and a list of speakers—will be updated here and circulated to registered attendees in early September ahead of the conference on September 16-17, 2026.
